An Excellent arranger, Russ has played professionally for over 30 years, toured NY and CT with the showband Mirage, and with Solid Oak headlined with Sam & Dave, The James Montgomery Band and The Grassroots.
Now Russ plays for Joppa Flatts, bringing to the band the balance needed with his talented gliding fingers on the keys and tonal back-up vocals.
His musical tastes run rampant over many genres, but his influences are Chester Thompson, Paul McCartney and Keith Emerson.
